Officers swooped on the property in the Mackay Road area of Inverness under a warrant issued under the Misuse of Drugs Act yesterday.

They recovered quantities of both Class A drugs, valued at more than £1800.

Officers also found more than £17,000 in cash within the property.

Detective sergeant Tony Anderson said: “We remain committed to tackling and disrupting the supply of controlled drugs in Inverness, and where intelligence suggests drug offences are taking place we will take action to stop this from happening.

“As a result of the activity yesterday three people, two men aged 33 and 43, along with a 43-year-old woman, have been charged and are due to appear before Inverness Sheriff Court today (Wednesday).
