Highlands police appeal for information following an RTC on the A9 near Daviot

Roads Policing Officers are appealing for information following a road traffic collision on the A9 at Daviot – at the start of the north bound dual carriageway.

The incident that happened at 3pm on Tuesday August 3 2021, involving a white Iveco Daily recovery vehicle.

Police constable Kenneth Macleod, of the Highland and Islands road policing unit, said “We continue to carry out enquiries into the circumstances of the collision and are appealing to anyone who was driving in the area that witnessed the collision to please get in touch if they have not already done so”.

"In particular we are keen to speak to anyone who observed the vehicle or who may have dash cam footage that can help with our investigation".

"If you can assist please contact us on 101, quoting incident number 1503 of Tuesday August 3 2021."
