Police appeal after woman reported missing from Loch Ness village five days ago was spotted in Inverness this morning

Police are appealing for information to help trace a missing woman from Drumnadrochit.

According to a force spokesman, Stephanie Norman (40) was reported missing on Tuesday but was last seen in the Merkinch area of Inverness around 12.05am today.

She is described as 5ft 5in tall, of a slim build with light brown hair and when last seen, was wearing all black clothing carrying a grey coloured handbag.

Anyone with information should contact police on 101 quoting incident number 2657 of 12 November 2019.
