Police appeal after money stolen from Café Eighty2 in Drumnadrochit





Enquiries are ongoing after a Drumnadrochit cafe was broken into this week.

Police are appealing for information after someone broke into Café Eighty2 in Drumnadrochit, taking money from within its premises.

According to Police Scotland, the housebreaking incident occurred between 4pm on Monday (October 28) and 7am on Tuesday (October 29).

Officers in Inverness said: "Our enquiries are ongoing whereby we are continuing to engage with the community and carry out checks with CCTV in the local area.

“We are asking anyone who may have heard or saw anything suspicious in the area, or who may have CCTV capturing any suspicious activity during these times, which may assist our investigation, to contact Police on 101 quoting incident number 0541 of the 29th October."
