Youngsters were on the prowl in the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness as they sought out clues in a woodland-themed trail.

It was the latest session at the centre’s weekly Summer Kids Club which this year is focusing on being more environmentally friendly.

Kirstin Gault, the centre’s digital and marketing executive, said: "We are now more than half-way through our Summer Kids Club programme but there are still lots of free and fun-filled activities for families to get involved with."

To avoid disappointment, people can pre-book advance tickets to the Decorate Your Own Plant Markers workshop on Wednesday August 4.

A drop-in Little Allotment trail will take place on Wednesday August 11 when little shoppers, with parental supervision, can search for hidden fruit and vegetables.
