PICTURES: Making smoothies using pedal power among activities at Summer Kids Club at Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness

The chance to make a healthy drink by using pedal power were among the activities enjoyed by youngsters at the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness.

The centre has been running a weekly Summer Kids Club during the school holidays, offering free fun activities.

The latest sessions included FITKidz Athlete Experience.

Youngsters were able to take part in training for circuit fitness and have a go on a smoothie bike.

Arts and crafts were also available.

Previous sessions have include visits by the Scottish Exotic Animals Rescue.

Tom and Luke Stoltman, the world’s strongest man and Europe’s strongest man, also visted the club.

The final Summer Kids Club session will take place on Wednesday.

It will feature a sports-themed treasure hunt around the centre to celebrate the Commonwealth Games.

It will take place between 10am and 4pm.
