Comic world fans from across Scotland descended on Inverness for the return of a popular travelling event.

The Big Glasgow Comic Page brought its Comic Con event to Inverness Leisure Centre for what has become an annual outing.

This year’s event included new traders, new characters and new props.

The centre was packed with traders and artists selling merchandise from Marvel, DC, Pokémon, Star Wars, Dungeons and Dragons, and a wide range of themes in-between.

Fraser (6), who was dressed up as the seventh Doctor, said: “I had a lot of fun.

“I got to see some Ghostbusters, Slimer and some wookies and took a lot of photos.”

Harris (12), under the guise of Kylo Ren, said: “I did a bit of dancing with Pikachu and got to fist pump with Deadpool.

“It was amazing.”
