NAIRN High Street was bustling this weekend as a popular street market was back for its spring edition.

Shopkeepers spilled out into the street with stalls and special market day offers.

Stalls from Inverness farmers' market were in attendance as well as the local "Crafters Corner" in Rosebank square.

The market is organised by Nairn Connects BID.

Manager Lucy Harding said she was delighted with how successful the day was.

She said: "Thanks to the public of Nairn to turn out in such numbers, it's a great day for the community.

"I had really good feedback from shopkeepers and charities and fundraising on the day."

The next appointment for the market will be at the height of summer on July 15.

The market is part of the BID's programme of events designed to increase footfall to the town centre, enhance business opportunities for its members and enjoyment for the community.
