The atmosphere at a sell-out Burns supper for a Highland mental health charity has been described as “electrifying”.
Emily Stokes, chief executive of Mikeysline, said guests at the fundraiser at the Kingsmill Hotel in Inverness had a great time.
During the evening to celebrate the life and work of Scotland’s national poet, Robert Burns, they enjoyed speeches, entertainment and dancing as well as a three-course dinner featuring haggis.
