The Highland Business Awards took place on Friday, September 27, with businesses across the region being recognised for the work they are doing.

Organised by Inverness Chamber of Commerce, the event at the Kingsmills Hotel was an opportunity to celebrate innovation and the strength of Highland businesses.

Calum MacPherson, chief executive of Inverness and Cromarty Firth Green Freeport was crowned Highland business leader of the year and Pentland Ferries was given the accolade of Highland business of the year.
