PICTURES: Inverness Caledonian Thistle hosted their annual golf day on Monday

Local football fans enjoyed a day out golfing on Easter Monday with representatives of Caley Thistle at the team’s annual golf day.

Guests enjoyed a hot roll and refreshments before teeing off at the Kings Golf Club in Inverness.

ICTFC players and members showed up to support the event.

The winners of the day were Tailormade Moves team, captained by Innes Simpson.

Many other businesses turned out in support including Tomatin Distillery, Cairngorm Group, Orion Group and Dicksons of Inverness.

There was also a two-course dinner and prize-giving afterwards, held in the Kings Club function suite.

Prizes included ICTFC hospitality, Puma golf clothing and whisky.

Keith Haggart, commercial director at ICT, said: “It was a terrific, fun and competitive day very well-supported by the local business community.

“The golf day will continue to be a regular date in the ICTFC commercial calendar.”
