James Bond-themed fundraiser in Inverness by Ness Factor singer stirs up cash for Highland Hospice
Dozens of people were dressed to kill at a James Bond-themed fundraising event in Inverness.
Kay-Lisa Davidson generated just over £2800 at her Thunder Ball at the Drumossie Hotel.
The event was part of her charitable efforts for Highland Hospice in the build-up to her appearance at the annual Ness Factor singing contest.
Participants are all generating money for the cause ahead of the big night, also at the Drumossie Hotel, on October 26.

Dancers from Performers UK, plus a variety of singers, including Kay-Lisa’s daughter Heather, who won Stars in their Eyes as Amy Winehouse in aid of SNAP, provided entertainment alongside a two-course slap-up meal. There was also a disco, Bond-themed quiz, an auction and a raffle.
“I was utterly blown away with all my friends and families support,” said Kay-Lisa, of Inverness. “They collectively raised an amazing amount for the Highland Hospice.
“There were people who travelled from as far as Shetland, the Western Isles, Dundee and Edinburgh making it such a special night. All the singers, Performers UK and those at the Drummosie made it a wonderful event.
“All the companies who donated prizes from NorthLink Ferries to Culloden House hotel and The Courtyard Hotel to House of Hair, I will never forget your generosity.
“A more giving crowd you could not have had and it was an absolute pleasure to spend the night with so many generous kind and fun people in one room. I feel very blessed to have such special people in my life. Without you all, this would not have been possible.”
