Petrol prices in the Highland capital of Inverness have soared following Russia's invasion of Ukraine

Petrol prices continue to fall.

Fuel prices have soared by 30p per litre on average compared to this time last year as the Ukraine situation ignites an energy crisis.

According to PetrolPrices.com diesel has risen to 157.30p this week compared to 127.9p this time last year (March 7, 2021).

Similarly petrol in the city is on average 153.35p per litre at the moment compared to 124.9p this time last year.

Fuel prices across the UK have soared following Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
