A 56-year-old man was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries after a crash on Kenneth Street, last night.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.20pm on Monday, May 5 officers received a report of a crash involving a car and a pedestrian on Kenneth Street, Inverness.

“The road was closed and reopened around 8.40pm.

“The pedestrian, a 56-year-old man, was taken to hospital for treatment to non-life threatening injuries.”
