Fire crews were called to a property in Invergordon.

The outside of a house in Invergordon was damaged after a fire in wheelie bins spread to the property.

The incident happened yesterday afternoon in Fleming Way.

The fire spread to the wooden cladding on the outside of the house.

Two crews from Invergordon fire station went to the scene after the alarm was raised at 5.14 pm.

They used one hose reel jet, two sets of breath apparatus plus a thermal imaging camera and carried out extensive cutting away of the house cladding to check for any further fire spread.

The incident was reported to be over just before 6.30pm.
