One man taken to Raigmore after single-vehicle crash as A82 remains closed

One man has been taken to hospital after a single-vehicle accident on the A82 this morning.

The incident took place at the Blackfold and Abriachan junction according to police.

The road between Inverness and Drumnadrochit remains closed.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 6am on Sunday, June 8, police were called to a single-vehicle road crash on the A82. Officers remain at the scene.

"One man is being treated at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

"Enquiries are continuing."
