Police in Nairn appeal for information after offensive graffiti was sprayed on the garden wall of a house in Auldearn

Police in Nairn are hunting vandals who sprayed offensive graffiti on the garden wall of a house in Auldearn near Nairn.

The incident happened sometime between 7pm and 8pm yesterday at a property on the village's High Street.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Enquiries are ongoing and we would urge anyone who may be able to help our investigation to come forward as soon as possible."
