THE annual Highland Adventure Fest will be staged in new venue this year.

The festival, which debuted at Inverness Leisure last year, is moving to Inverness College UHI and will be staged on March 28.

Adventure enthusiasts’ adrenaline needs promise to be met at the event, which will host speakers, exhibitors, activities and adventure film screenings. The festival also encourages those who are wanting to get out a bit more to come and see what’s on their doorstep and find their inner explorer.

More than 1000 people went to the inaugural event 10 months ago with demonstrations and speakers well received.

Cecilia Grigor, managing director of Highland Adventure Fest, said: “We’re so excited to bring Highland Adventure Fest to Inverness again in 2020.

"Last year’s inaugural event was a hit and we’re hoping to build on this to show the Highlands what adventures are out there. With an exciting new venue, we can’t wait to welcome attendees.”

The event is now open for exhibitor spaces. For more information, email info@highlandadventurefest.co.uk
