Highland Good Food Partnership, in collaboration with Visit Inverness Loch Ness, launches Local Producers Food and Drink Trail Map
The Highland Good Food Partnership has launched a Local Producers Food and Drink Trail Map for Inverness and Loch Ness.
This is in collaboration with Visit Inverness Loch Ness and supported by Scotland Food and Drink funding.
This new map is designed to display the incredible range of food and drink throughout the area.
The trail highlights some of the most recognised names, including Black Isle Brewery, Inverness Coffee Roasting Co and Connage Highland Dairy.
• Highland Food and Drink Trail recognised at Scotland Food and Drink Excellence Awards
“This trail is about celebrating the amazing food culture of the Highlands and making it easier for people to find and support local producers,” said Brenna Anderson, project officer at the Highland Good Food Partnership.
“Buying locally not only supports our communities but also helps create a more sustainable and resilient food system.”
