A NEW circuit class for people to tone up and lose weight has started at Nairn Leisure Centre.

Led by an instructor, Weigh to Go will be held in the newly refurbished fitness room on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 11am and noon.

Richard Hanna, manager of the Marine Road venue, said: “This is our first circuit class at Nairn and the perfect full-body workout for newcomers and those returning to the gym.

“We want these group classes to be fun, and to build a community between those taking part each week – motivating each other and celebrating success.

“This is a high-intensity workout and Weigh to Go will help tone your body and shed fat as well as improving your fitness and endurance.

“The instructor will guide you around exercise stations and you’ll get to do exercises as many times as you can in a set amount of time. We hope it will give people confidence to use gym equipment when perhaps they wouldn’t usually.”
