Money stolen from businesses in Fort Augustus

Police are appealing for information after money was stolen from two businesses in Fort Augustus.
The Boathouse Restaurant and Cruise Loch Ness ticket office were targeted broken in to at some point on either Sunday or Monday.
Officers said a low four-figure sum of money was taken.
DC Graeme Johnstone said: "We are appealing to anyone with information to contact us on 101, using reference number NN4708/19. Crimestoppers can also be contacted on 0800 555 111.
"I would also remind all business owners to be vigilant, secure premises at night and not to keep money on the premises. If you see anything suspicious please report this to police on 101."
