Missing Inverness teenager, Sarah Flint (14), found safe and well, say Police Scotland officers in the Highlands

A MISSING teenage who sparked a police search has been found "safe and well".

Officers had launched an appeal for information after Sarah Flint (14) was reported missing from the South Kessock area of Inverness.

She had not been seen since 4.15pm on Wednesday.

But police confirmed this morning that she had been successfully traced.

"Missing person Sarah Flint who had been reported missing from the South Kessock area of Inverness has been traced safe and well. Thank you for sharing our appeal," said a spokesman.
