Police Scotland officers trace missing Dores man who disappeared in Inverness

A MISSING Dores man has been found, police have announced.

Police in the Highlands issued an appeal yesterday after Robert Stewart was reported missing.

The 53-year-old had not been seen since a sighting outside Johnny Foxes in Inverness at 9pm on Sunday.

But officers who made the appeal this morning confirmed that Mr Stewart has now been traced.

"Thank you for your assistance," they told the public.
