One man went to extreme lengths for Highland Hospice by sitting in a bath of custard.

Keith Clark went through the ordeal in aid of the charity's Wear Yellow Day.

As a mark of thanks the hospice highlighted his efforts on its Facebook page.

The post read: "Massive well done to Keith Clark who agreed to let his wife, Fiona, and children drench him in a bath of custard for #wearyellowday. Above and beyond the call of duty Keith, but we love it!"

People can still make a donation of £5 by texting WEARYELLOW 5 to 70085 – texts cost £5 plus one standard rate message.

They can also donate directly to the Wear Yellow Day fundraising page.
