Man to appear in court following attempted break-in at caravan in the Highlands

A 39-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted break-in to a caravan in Inverness.

Police officers attended the scene after receiving a report around 1.30am yesterday.

The man was apprehended at the scene.

He is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today.

Entry was gained to the caravan although nothing was stolen.
