Man suffered leg injuries in Inverness motorbike smash





A MAN needed hospital treatment following an early morning accident in Inverness city centre.

A car and motorbike collided at the Kenneth Street/ Tomnahurich Street intersection shortly before 7.30am on Monday.

Passers-by and other motorists went to the assistance of the motorcyclist who was lying on the street until an ambulance arrived. Police also attended the accident.

The male rider suffered minor leg injuries and was removed by ambulance for treatment at Raigmore Hospital's accident and emergency department said a police spokesman.
