Inverness man fined for urinating in friend's garden

An Inverness man has been fined £260 after urinating in a friend's garden.

Inverness Sheriff Court heard that 42-year-old landscaper Daniel Bujakowski, of Kilmuir Court, was seen by a family walking past the property in Harris Road.

Police were contacted and Bujakowski was arrested.

He admitted a breach of the peace committed on May 13.

Defence solicitor Clare Russell said her client had been drinking with friends in a friend's garden.

"In his state of intoxication, he decided to urinate in the garden." Ms Russell said.
