Inverness man fined for breaches of bail
An Inverness man who kept returning to his mother’s home, despite being ordered to stay away, has been fined £420.
Michael Bradshaw, of no fixed abode, appeared by video from custody at Inverness Sheriff Court to be sentenced.
Bradshaw had earlier admitted three breaches of bail conditions imposed after he had a drunken argument with his mother on October 24, 2019.
The court heard Bradshaw had been told to stay away from her home in Wyvis Place, but he was later found sleeping in her garden.
He also went to her home after an invitation from his parent to collect some clothes.
The third breach by the 28-year-old was in the same week at the end of July.
Defence solicitor Willie Young said his client had since apologised to his mother, who still wished to offer him accommodation and support.
