Inverness man charged with attempted murder

A 36-year-old man has been remanded after appearing at Inverness Sheriff Court this afternoon.

Brian Peach, from Inverness, made no plea to the charge of attempted murder at a brief hearing held in private.

He was committed for further examination and remanded in custody.

He will appear in court again within the next eight days.
