INVERNESS: Man charged with assault and attempted robbery

A man has been charged with assault and attempted robbery.
Russell Collins (27) appeared in private at Inverness Sheriff Court and was also charged with theft and having an article with a blade or point in a public place.
Collins, of no fixed abode, made no plea and was remanded in custody until the next hearing.
