Man (30) charged with alleged driving offence in Inverness after footage circulates on social media

Police have confirmed that a 30-year-old man has been charged after an alleged driving offence in Inverness.

The charge follows police being shown video footage of a black BMW M3 being driven in a “dangerous manner” in the Seafield Road area of the city yesterday.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “Officers were made aware of a video circulating on social media which appears to show a black BMW M3 being driven in a dangerous manner in the Seafield Road area of Inverness on Sunday, March 2, 2025.

“A 30-year-old man has been charged with a driving offence and a report will be made to the Procurator Fiscal.”
