A LOCH Ness-side road is set to close to the public for two days next week while BT works take place, Highland Council has announced.

A section of the B852 Dores to Inverfarigaig road, just south of Dores, will be shut to traffic from 9.30am on Monday, February 3 until 5pm on Tuesday, February 4.

"The closure is required in the interest of public safety to enable contractors, working on behalf of BT, to carry out maintenance to their apparatus located within the public road," said a council spokeswoman.
