Life of Inverness man who died in flat blaze to be celebrated at service
The life of a man who lost his life in a devastating Inverness flat fire will be celebrated at a service tomorrow.
Andy Adams died in the fire in Tomatin Road, Hilton, in the early hours of July 11.
Tomorrow’s service will be held at Inverness Crematorium at 2pm. It will be livestreamed via www.johnfraserandson.com/family-notices.
Donations for Scottish Mountain Rescue may be given at the ceremony.

Mr Adams was a former director of Blend Tea & Coffee Merchants, in Drummond Street but was previously well known in the city’s hospitality sector.
Originally from Glasgow, he and Gemma Taylor, with whom he founded Blend, have a daughter, Rebecca.
News of his death has left many stunned and saddened.
At one time he had worked at Bar One and was remembered as “a truly passionate hospitality professional”.
Mr Adams was also a former American football player with the Highland Wildcats where he was known for his enthusiasm.
Team members took part in a one-minute silence in a poignant tribute at the start of a four-team Scottish Championship tournament in Inverness last month.
The fire last month was in a flat above a row of shops.
Five fire crews spent five hours putting out the blaze after being called to the scene along with other emergency services just after 2am.
Several residents had to be evacuated and the fire's location has also impacted on several businesses in the same block.
