Inverness-born actor Karen Gillan has found a fun way to entertain herself during the coronavirus pandemic – Quarantine Karaoke.

In a lighter response to the situation she posted a number of videos via her social media outlets showing her belting out well-known tunes such as rock band Motley Crue's Girls Girls Girls and Bobby Darin's Mack The Knife.

The Jumanji star even added Instagram filters such as animal ears and stars across her face to enhance the clips and urged co-star Jack Black to get involved.

On Tuesday she shared three videos with a St Patrick's Day theme, including one where she used a filter to transform herself into a singing toilet roll which, it is believed, is a reference to an item popular with panic buyers.
