The McDonald's drive-through in Inverness is to re-open next week.

McDonald's said a total of 1019 of its restaurants will have opened by Thursday, June 4 either for either drive-through or McDelivery.

The Inverness branch is at the Inshes Retail Park.

A McDonald’s spokesperson said every drive-through in the UK and Ireland would reopen between Tuesday and Thursday next week and it would start to expand the availability of McDelivery too.

The company announced in March it was closing the outlets due to the coronavirus pandemic.
