Inverness youngsters litter pick is part of Coronation Big Help Out

Some Inverness youngsters did their bit as part of the Coronation celebration’s Big Help Out earlier this week.

Thirty girls – aged between five and 10 – from 1st Cradlehall Rainbows and 1st Cradlehall Brownies filled five bags with rubbish during a 45-minute community litter pick on Monday evening.

They were join by five leaders from the groups and collected general rubbish including sweet wrappers, crisp packets, food tins, discarded face masks, plastic bags and dog litter bags.

Everyone involved received a badge for their efforts.
