Inverness streets to close for Remembrance Sunday parade

Several streets in Inverness will close on Sunday afternoon for the Remembrance parade and service.
Several streets in Inverness will close on Sunday afternoon for the Remembrance parade and service.

Several streets in Inverness city centre will be closed on Sunday afternoon as crowds gather for the Remembrance parade and service.

The temporary closures will effect traffic in the following roads:

Huntly Street will be closed at its junction with Young Street to its junction with Greig Street between 1.50pm and 2.20pm and between 3.25pm and 3.55 pm.

Ness Bridge will also be closed at its junction with Young Street to its junction with Bank Street between 2.10pm and 2.25pm and between 3.35pm and 3.50pm.

Castle Road will be closed at its junction with View Place to its junction with the Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road between 2.10pm and 2.35pm hours and between 3.30pm and 3.45pm.

Ness Bank and Cavell Gardens Road will be closed at its junction with Castle Road to its junction with Island Bank Road between 2.20pm and 3.40pm. Bridge Street will also be closed at its junction with Castle Road to its junction with Church Street between 2.10pm and 2.20pm and between 3.30pm and 3.45pm.

High Street will be closed at its junction with Bridge Street to its junction with Castle Street between 2.10pm and 2.20pm and between 3.30pm and 3.45pm.
