AN Inverness road is set to close for nine days later this month, to allow for sewer repairs and maintenance works to be carried out.

The Highland Council have announced that Harrowden Road will be closed between 8am on Wednesday, November 19 until 6pm on Friday, November 28.

The temporary closure of the road, which runs from the Telford Street roundabout to Fairfield Road, will enable sewer repair and maintenance works to be carried out on behalf of Scottish Water.
