Drug driving fine and ban for Inverness man

A 43-YEAR-OLD Inverness man was banned from driving after police found him in charge of his car while under the influence of drugs.

Paul Rose, of Rowan Road, appeared at Inverness Sheriff Court and admitted the offence, committed in Carse Road, Inverness on November 24, 2019.

His reading was 206mcgs of a cocaine derivative when the safe driving limit is 50mcgs.

He was disqualified from driving for four months and fined £320 by Sheriff Gary Aitken.
