LOVE Island’s Inverness contestant turned peacemaker as tempers flared on last night’s show.
Personal trainer and model Wallace Wilson sought to calm ex-Geordie Shore star and heating engineer Luke Mabbott as love rival Mike Boateng moved in on blonde Jess Gale.
Mike’s brazen attempt to split the couple, after himself splitting with the now dumped islander Leanne Amaning, infuriated Luke M.
But as Jess and Mike chatted intimately upstairs in the luxury villa, 24-year-old Wallace - who works at the DW Inverness gym - was heard urging Luke M to “let it happen, just let it happen”.
Unfortunately, the advice was ignored after islander Siânnise Fudge told him to “go for it”, prompting a showdown between Mike and Luke M.
The drama dominated the ITV episode, with Wallace featuring only briefly on the show.
But the fitness fanatic, now coupled with former Miss Newcastle Rebecca Gormley, looked relaxed as he chatted and laughed with housemates.
