A THREE-star hotel in Inverness has been put up for sale for £1.95million.
Colliers International is listening to offers for the 40-bedroom Craigmonie Hotel, in Annfield Road.
The property also has a lounge bar, conservatory restaurant, dining room, function suite, two meeting/conference rooms, a residents lounge, plus a leisure and spa facility.
"The business has an excellent track record and provides a high level of profitability from its well established income," said Alistair Letham, director with selling agents Colliers International.
"It is an excellent purchase for serious hoteliers."
