Inverness drug dealer told to do unpaid work

A 36-year-old Inverness man who supplied drugs has been ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid community work.

Sentence had previously been deferred on James Gray, of Esk Road, for a background report after he admitted being concerned in the supply of etizolam from a property in Gilbert Street, Inverness on January 25, 2022.

Fiscal depute Shay Traynor told Sheriff Gary Aitken at Inverness Sheriff Court that the value of the drugs was between £300 and £600.
