A POPULAR bar and restaurant in Inverness city centre has closed its doors.
The Ivy Bar and Kitchen in Church Street has been placed into liquidation.
It follows an application by HM Revenue and Customs to Invcrness Sheriff Court to have the business wound up.
Sheriff David Sutherland appointed Linda Hastings, of Glasgow, as the liquidator.
The director and secretary of the company is Dolina Elsabry.
