An Inverness bakery has reopened its doors in the city centre after flood damage.

Harry Gow on Union Street has been shut since early August after the premises above it flooded through to it.

A social media post said: “After being closed for repairs due to recent flood damage, we’re thrilled to announce that our Union Street bakery has officially reopened.

“We’ve missed serving you all and can’t wait to welcome you back for some freshly baked treats.

“Thank you for sticking with us during this difficult time. It’s been a challenging few weeks, but with the help of our amazing community, we’re back and better than ever.

“Let's get back to baking.”
