STRICTLY Come Dancing star Anton du Beke is looking forward to a return visit to Inverness.

After performing as a celebrity dance judge at this year's Strictly Inverness dance competition in aid of Highland Hospice and the Inverness Ice Centre he has now promised to return to the role in 2020 because he had such a good time.

He revealed the news in a short video posted online this week, praising the "brilliant" event and the high standard of dancing of those taking part.

Those hoping to take part in next year's competition are being urged to get their applications in by the October 28 deadline.

Entrants will be whittled down to 32 finalists who must be committed to fundraising for both charities.
