The world’s strongest brothers Luke and Tom Stoltman and the region’s Love Island favourite Wallace Wilson met for some cold water therapy in Loch Ness.

The Alness brothers even “baptised” the Nairn-based personal trainer after he jokingly confessed his sins.

The trio plunged into the water to show viewers of the Stoltman YouTube channel just how cold the water of the loch can be.

Tom (26) and Luke (35) hold the strongman title World’s strongest brothers and during the coronavirus lockdown have broken world records for various challenges.

Tempting Wallace (24) into the water, Luke said: “He is the only Love Island star we want to see. That smile of his, everyone wants to see that smile.

“We are going into the water to try and find the monster, if not Tom will do.”

Explaining that cold water therapy is a technique used to counteract side effects of inflammation and sore muscles after a hard workout, they rename it the “Highland baptism”.

After spending some time in the water, where the trio admit they are “very cold,” they answer questions on the shore from passers by.

One person asks who would be the best fighter, and Tom replies: “I am a lover, not a fighter.”

Asked if they like Irn-Bru or haggis, they bemoan the controversial change in the Irn-Bru recipe.

Luke and Tom are then asked who they would they most like to train with, Tom replied Arnold Schwarzenegger and Mike Tyson and Luke said Rob Bailey, body builder Lex Lewis and Tyson Fury.
