Missing 69-year-old man from Invergordon could be in Inverness

Police are appealing for information to help track down a missing 69-year-old man.

John Guest, who has been reported missing from the Dewdale Court area of Invergordon, was last seen at around 10.55am on Monday in Invergordon's High Street.

He is described as being 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with grey hair and grey beard, and was wearing glasses, dark-coloured jeans, a black padded jacket and black wool hat.

A police spokesman said: "John may have travelled out of the Invergordon area using public transport and is known to frequent the Inverness area.

"Anyone with any information that may help us to locate John, can contact police via 101 or via the contact us form on our website, quoting incident 3126 of December 27."
