Police were concerned about a 25-year-old man's driving in the Highlands and decided to stop his vehicle.

Inverness Sheriff Court was told that officers could smell cannabis from Dylan Will's car and he tested positive for the drug on the morning of June 10 last year.

Will, of Mid Street, Fraserburgh admitted driving near Tornagrain with 6.3mcgs of a cannabis metabolite in his system when the legal limit is 2mcgs.

He was fined £520 and banned from driving for a year.
