TRAVELLERS looking for something a bit different for a mid-winter break next year will have an opportunity to board a flight to Iceland direct from Inverness Airport.

The four-day North Iceland Experience has been organised by charter company Super Break and will depart on February 10, following on from a previous similar one-off flight in 2018.

The one-off trip will take passengers to Akureyri in the north of Iceland, a destination previously unreachable direct from UK airports.

Inverness Airport general manager Graeme Bell said: “North Iceland is a spectacular place and we anticipate

demand will be high from those wishing to experience all it has to offer.”

To book or find out more, visit the Super Break website or call 01904 717392.
