Fine and ban after car crash at Inshes Retail Park in Inverness

An unlicensed motorists drove his car dangerously before crashing through a bush and into a parked vehicle.

Patryk Szymanski, of Mackay Road, Inverness then walked away from the scene, commenting: "This is not the best day."

The 27-year-old admitted driving dangerously at Inshes Retail Park on August 6, 2020. He also admitted failing to possess a licence or provide his details at an accident.

He was fined £640 and banned from driving for a year. He will not be allowed to drive until he passes the extended test of competency.
